This is my husband's favorite recipe!
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns (diced style)
- 3⁄8 cup melted margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I usually use cheddar)
- 1⁄4 cup corn flake crumbs (add on top at end)
- Grease 9"x13" pan.
- Layer ingredients in above order.
- Bake for one hour at 350 degrees covered.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes with cornflake crumbs on top.
