This is the recipe that my step dad uses and it is great.
- 2 (8 ounce) cans whole kernel corn (well drained)
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Beat milk and eggs together. Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, and butter, MIX!
- Add drained corn and cream corn. Pour into baking dish. Bake @ 350* for 40 -50 minutes or untill set.
Excellent. I even screwed the recipe up by adding a whole 14 oz can of creamed corn. The flavor was perfect. Just the right blend of sweetness. It didn't set as well as it should have due to my mistake but we so enjoyed it. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for Spring 2012 PAC.
