From a Russian food site, this is simple and good! Take a moment to enjoy.
Make and share this Russian Milk Shake recipe from Food.com.
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (or try another flavor)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (or more)
- 2 tablespoons fruit syrup (or more)
- Place ice cream and milk in a blender with syrup of choice and blend till smooth. Drink immediately!
I doubled this recipe for a treat tonight for DH and myself. Used skim milk, Hersheys chocolate syrup, and marascino cherry juice that I had in the refrigerator. Tasted similar to a chocolate covered cherry and had a nice "just right" thick enough shake. Cant wait to try this with other flavors of ice cream and fruit syrups. Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.
Quick, delicious, mine was more on the light milky side as my fruit here's peach. It was so good, but I didn't get to finish it since DH got it from me right away and I only made 1 serving here. lol Thanks! Made for WZT4.
Well, since I have both a homemade chocolate syrup AND a homemade strawberry syrup on hand, this was a snap for me, although I'll be making this one again with any OTHER combo of flavors! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thanks for sharing! [Made & reviewed while touring Eastern Europe on Zaar's World Tour 4]
