This was a very different but delicious way to serve hard boiled eggs. I would definitely increase the horseradish next time b/c I love the kick it gives food. Other than that, verrrrrrrrrrrry tasty. Even my 9 yr old liked it. :)

How easy was this not having to scoop out the yolk? Delicious and very easy to prepare! Homemade mayo, Tillamook sour cream and fresh dill from our herb garden for garnish. Next time I'll try beet- horseradish to see what that tastes like. Reviewed for Veg Tag 2010.

This is a pretty cool use for hard-boiled eggs. I used reduced-fat ingredients and added a little extra horseradish. They looked very cute sitting om a bed of baby spinach. Thanx for this recipe. It'll be very handy for the after-Easter eggs!

Very good and tasty! I used more horseradish cause I like it spicier. With a green salad it was a great low fat lunch. Thanks for sharing!

WOW! I love eggs and horseradish sauce but have never had them together. VERY YUMMY! Easy too. Made for the ZWT4.

These were good but just a little too much Mayonnaise for me. The horseradish added a little zing to it. I think it needs a little bit more flavor to it. Maybe add some chopped dill pickles to it. Thanks for sharing your recipe Sarah. Made for ZWT 4-EE

I love these ingredients -- so why didn't I think of this? I mashed the egg, combined it with the sauce and piled it on sourdough bread. Also sprinkled on some chopped chives. Yummo!

This was such a different way to eat eggs. The sauce was very good with the horseradish sauce added. Son and husdand liked. Made for Tastebud Tickling Travellers for ZWT4.

I like this! I'm going to take this instead of deviled eggs to my next pot luck. It'll be easier to transport and add the sauce at the last minute. I sprinkled parsley on top to add some color. It had a lot of flavor so it didn't need it for the flavor. Made for ZWT4 - Chic Chefs.

I don't normally like boiled eggs but I certainly enjoyed these. My daughter's partner must have eaten most of them by himself. (-; Made for ZWT4.

Very different way of serving eggs. We had these as part of a lunch time salad. Very nice flavor. I did add about 1/2 teaspoon more of horseradish since we like it. Thanks for a new way of doing eggs. Made for ZWT4.
