You can make this with boneless chicken breasts as well. Pound out the chicken first to tenderize.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 chicken breasts, with bone
  • MIX

  • 35.43 g envelope French onion soup mix
  • 340.19 g jar apricot preserves
  • 453.59 g bottle Russian salad dressing


  1. Spray dish with cooking spray. Line with foil.
  2. Put chicken breasts in pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 1 hour.
  4. Serve with rice.
