I went running for a bit too long this morning, and needed a quick pick-me-up before getting ready for work, and this is what I came up with. It was pretty good. You can skip the oatmeal if you don't like the flavor, I just needed an extra stomach-filler.
- 1 (8 ounce) containerdannon lite 'n fit strawberry yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons quick oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
