- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces vanilla-flavored soy yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup dried craisin
- 1⁄2 cup roasted almonds
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put into a non-greased 9X13 pan and bake for 26 to 32 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut into 16 to 24 pieces and enjoy.
