This is a great recipe. We made it for a Jamaican night party. We made batches of it by converting the ounces to cups! Then all we had to do when guests arrived was pour it into the blender with ice. They were a definite hit. Warning: This is not a drink for lightweights!

This is a tad sweeter than my normal style of cocktail. However, it is quite festive as a cocktail that goes well with Mexican, Central, or South American appetizers; it would add a nice sweet balance to any hot or spicy flavors. Thanks, Sue L! Made for ZWT4.
