Adults only! Coffee, chocolate and rum in a cool treat for summer.
- Place all ingredients in pitcher of a blender.
- Cover and blend (at Crush Ice speed if you have it) about 20 seconds, or until smooth.
An absolute delight. I coulden't find any chocolate no sugar added ice cream so I just had to break down and make my own, lol. I had beautiful dark Belgian chocolate ice cream with my favorite Van Houtte Mexican coffee and DH's stashed rum for the ingredients. It was marvelous on this beautiful sun filled afternoon. I'll be making this again and next time I'll get a photo (I can't even see my table top currently). So good!!
