I enjoy rum, and all kinds of Collins drinks, but for me these flavors didn't go well together. The rum is very potent and after trying it as written I added a little lemon juice, blueberries, a dash of grapefruit bitters and more seltzer which made it more palatable, my DH thought it was ok before I doctored it. This was a good lesson for learning how different spirits mix with different base flavors. Made for ZWT 9 by one of Mike and the Appliance Killers.
