    Coconut Crust

    Pie

    Directions:

    1. 1
      To make the crust: combine all the crust ingredients; firmly press on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    2. 2
      Cover and chill 30 minutes or several hours.

      To make the pie: in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

      Add in lime juice and rum; stir to combine.
    5. 5
      Pour filling into crust.
    6. 6
      Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
    7. 7
      Cover and chill at least 12 hours or until set.

      Key lime pie is ok but....this recipe is GREAT.. my family loved it and it is so easy to make.
