  • In sauce pan, bring sugar, butter and water to boil and remove from heat.
  • With warm bread on rack, poke holes in top of bread using chop stick or similar long, sharp object.
  • Drizzle rum bath down the holes.
  • Or simple cube the loaf and use the rum bath for dunking.

  1. this is Very Good - for a fast way to get the taste of a good bread pudding - also, can substitute bourbon for the rum - and this might be very good also on a favorite ripe fresh fruit or poached fruit or grilled fruit -
