Ruby Relaxer - Ruby Tuesday Copycat

"This light and fruity drink is perfect for sipping on a summer afternoon. An undeniable girly drink (not to say that guys should not enjoy it as well), it has no taste of alcohol, nor the cloying aftertaste that some overly sweet drinks have. This recipe can easily be multiplied to make a crowd-pleasing punch for your next shower, party, brunch, etc. The brands listed are those that Ruby Tuesday lists on their drink menu (how nice of them to tell us what is in their drink so that we can come home and make it ourselves!)"

  1. Just love the Ruby Relaxer, and was happy to find this one. It is perfect, just like the one from RT. I followed the recipe as directed. Dangerously good, and perfect for a warm day! Thank you so much for sharing, oenophilly!

  2. What a delightful cocktail! Loved the ruby red color and the fruity combination of flavors. I added a spritz of maraschino juice and topped off with a cherry, as well. Perfectly smooth and relaxing--thanks for a keeper, Oenophilly!

  3. This recipe sounds good but it’s a bit off. I bartend at RT and I’ve formulated the recipe to a single serve version (20 oz,) it is as follows: 3/4 oz Cruzan Coconut Rum 3/4 Dekyuper Peach Schnapps 1.25 oz Absolut (we usually use Skoll) vodka 3 oz pineapple juice (Dole) 3 oz Cranberry Juice (I think we use Ocean Spray) 3/8 oz Monín Cherry Syrup (or 3/4 oz of Maraschino juice)

  4. wow what a great drink, so fruity and tropical. Even DH liked it :) Thanks Oenophilly :) Made for Cooking tag mania
