I made this, and thought it was good, but was disappointed that it didn't taste too much like grapefruit. It did set up good. I will try again, as I thought it was good on toast.
This is awesome!! It set up perfectly and is just the right amount of tart! I got 2 pints plus a little extra that I stuck in the fridge and have been enjoying all week on oat bread! I tried two different grapefruit jelly recipes in my last canning session and this was by far my favorite one - thanks for sharing!!
