A spicy rub for barbecued meats. Also used in BBQ Red Beans. This actually makes quite a bit. If you just want to try it first (or if you just want enough to make BBQ Red Beans, resize to 0.5 cups and reduce cooking time accordingly).
- In non-stick fry pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until color deepens and ingredients are hot, about 2-5 minutes.
