- 9.85 ml salt
- 3.69 ml allspice
- 1.23 ml nutmeg
- 4.92 ml ground garlic
- 9.85 ml dry mustard
- 4.92 ml lemon pepper
- 4.92 ml dried chipotle powder
- 4.92 ml ground caraway
- 4.92 ml thyme
- 9.85 ml ground sweet peppers
directions
- Mix very well and use as a dry rub. For a wet rub add up to 1/2 c vegetable oil and mix well.
- Enough for a wet rub for 2 roasts.
