• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 7.39 ml Ener-G Egg Substitute
• 29.58 ml water
• 4.92 ml fresh lemon juice
• 1.23 ml almond extract (or vanilla)
• 354.88 ml confectioners' sugar, sifted

directions

1. Beat egg replacer with water and lemon juice until fluffy and dissolved.
2. Add sugar and beat until combined and smooth.
3. It might take a few hours to set up on cookies.
