Jenne is the author of "Decorating Cakes and Cookies" which is a book I adore and unfortunately don't own. His icings are easy, make the exact amount that he states and more importantly complement the cake or cookies beautifully in taste.
- Beat the egg whites a little then add the lemon.
- Carefully add the icing sugar and mix until even smooth consistency.
- Add food colours to portions of icing as directed.
- Proceed to ice cake or cookies.
