    Directions:

      Cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done. Place on serving plates.

      Combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet. Cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain; set aside.

      Melt butter in the skillet. Stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk. Stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes. Pour over steaks.
