It was great. I put the rack in my crock pot to keep it up out of the fat, it was more juicy and tender than the store bought ones. Thanks for the recipe

Delicious chicken recipe. I used 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts and put some sliced onion in the bottom of the crockpot and then topped the chicken with onion slices and lemon slices. For the seasoning I used Emeril's Essence seasoning and cooked them about 7.5 hours on low. Really good! Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup.

So, so tender!!! I tried to lift out the whole chicken from the crockpot and it fell apart it was so tender. The breasts were a little dry but the rest of the legs and thighs were done with no blood. I cooked it 7.5 hours. I added lemon pepper, cayenne pepper and use garlic powder. Yummy!!!

Wonderfully easy and delicious! I changed the seasonings to our taste, skipped the paprika, covered with some thin sliced red onion, crushed garlic, lemon slices and topped with squeese of lemon and 1/3 cup white wine. Enjoyed with freash veggies tonight. Now to decide what to make with the delicious leftovers!

Excellant chicken recipe.....wonderful flavor and very tender! I made 2 chickens - one for eating as is, and one to use in a chicken/broccoli/rice casserole. The broth is very flavorful - I chilled it, skimmed the fat off and then used the broth with some additional water to cook the rice for the casserole. WOWZA - it was awesome!! Thanks for posting!

This was awesome. I picked up a big chicken priced for quick sale and used this recipe. I forgot the onion when I put it in the crockpot, but was delicious anyway. Also, it made a several cups of homemade chicken broth for the freezer.

This recipe is so quick and easy to prepare. My family loves this way of cooking a chicken. My husband loves how juicy the meat was.

Loved this chicken! Who knew you could do this in a crockpot? This will definitely be used over and over at my house.

Excellent! Followed the recipe exactly and cooked on high for 4 hours. It was perfectly cooked and very tender. Let it rest on paper towels for 15 minutes before carving. Served it with rotini pasta in "Parma Rosa" sauce (Knorr dry sauce mix), baked artichoke hearts and ambrosia salad - yummmmmm!

I was just getting ready to make this again when I realized I hadn't reviewed the recipe. I was a little hesitant about the spices the first time - but it was perfect. My 2-yr-old is pretty picky and she was devouring it. Thanks for sharing!
