This was great! I removed the andouille from the casing and crumbled it and used a big can of whole stewed tomatoes instead of crushed. We loved it. Thanks!

Wow, this was unusual, but we just loved it. Instead of the tabasco, I threw in one teaspoon of Cajun seasoning blend, and added 2 carrots to the veggies. It was easy, flavorful, and delicious. I loved the tangy, tart flavors. Thank you!

Fantastic! Didn't have thyme, but everything else was on hand and it was delectable. Spicy, but worthwhile!

i'm giving this 3 stars just because i think i may have messed it up by using jalepeno pepper sausage. it was a bit too tomato-y for my taste, but it was pretty good. i will definitely give it another shot. chalk this one up to operator error! :)

Very delicious! It had a zesty, mildly spicy sauce that went great over the pasta (I used bow ties in mine). Very simple to make and great for an easy weeknight dinner. Thanks for posting!
