I am so very pleased with this recipe. I used a can of the original Rotel and a can of Rotel Chile Fixings. It is a bit spicy. I will eat it. But if you have people that can not eat the spicy add a bit of cubed chedder cheese. I love it. That was the only change I made. Thank You for a wonderful recipe. Hugs

I've been making a variation of this for quite some time. Pretty much the same except I only use 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of Rotel along with 1 can of regular diced tomatoes. This time I used mini bow-tie pasta. I like to put a slice of american cheese in the bowl and top it with the goulash. Quick and easy. And very good.

WOW - who knew something this simple could taste SO GOOD !! Had this for dinner last night, and we loved it. I used ground buffalo, and added 1 tsp each of dried oregano and worchestershire ~ DELICIOUS! Thanks Troop Angel ~ made for your Week#6 Football Pool win, October 2009!

I thought this was excellent. My boyfriend wasn't too fond of it, but he's used to the heat that comes with a curry and this is a different type of heat. I'll make this again, but night follow the directions for the milder version for my boyfriend.

This was very good, especially for a quick, easy and inexpensive meal. After a long and stressful day at work, I came in and whipped this up in no time. I ate my dinner and kept the rest in the skillet warming on the stove for when DH. He finally got home about an hour later and enjoyed it as well. I didn't make any changes, but thought about adding a little cheese on top next time. Thanks for sharing such a guick and easy meal idea!

Mama Mia, that's a spicy! Very easy to make goulash with a kick. I served with a crisp green salad and garlic bread.

Not a bad start but I found it to be a little bland so I added, chili power, bay leaves, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder and season salt and bam it was fantastic!

Just made this and changed it up a little.. Only a half pound of ground turkey, whole wheat macaroni pasta, 2 15ox cans of tomato sauce, a can of rotel and melted Monterey Jack cheese. LOVED it and very filling.
