These three ingredients make an exceptional dip. The beans add flavor, texture and nutrition. We like to make "macho nachos" using this as the cheese sauce. It tastes good in breakfast burritos too!
- Put all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- This works well in the crock pot too. Just cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through.
