Mmmmmmmmm lovely! Delicious berries, wine, and sugar - how can you go wrong?! LOL I used this to dress up store-bought pound cake. The raspberries I had were pretty tart so I added a little extra sugar to compensate. Thanks for the recipe FT!people found this review Helpful. Simply divine! Didn't have strawberries, so doubled up on the raspberries ~ ooh-la-la! Used 3 T. sugar and this was just the right sweetness for us. I will DEFINITELY be making this AGAIN! I think I have two more pickings on my berries, so want to try this for my Old Fashioned Pound Cake & Raspberry Trifle, too! *Made for Aussie-NZ Recipe Swap Aug 07*people found this review Helpful.
