Tim C.: Another one of my Dad's favorite dishes to make. A nice and light pasta dish to serve any time.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat olive oil in small sauce pot. Saute onion until it starts to turn clear.
  2. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve over pasta. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese, because it's way too healthy unless you add lots of cheese!
