This is a lovely non-alcoholic punch that goes down a treat in hot weather. It is an essential part of our (Australian) Christmas get-togethers, and is often requested for birthdays, etc. Just as well it is non-alcoholic - we'd all be on the floor! (A little tweaking could make it alcoholic, but you have been warned.)

Directions

  1. Syrup: Boil all ingredients together for 15 minutes Allow to cool completely. Chill.
  2. Combine syrup, fruit and juices in a punch bowl. Serve.

Delicious! Had this printed for one long time - needing that passion fruit pulp. Finally made it using peaches - so good it has been added to my 'Beverage cookbook', the peaches worked for me, eventually expect to have passion fruit pulp on hand. Used the white sparking grape juice which along with the rest of the ingredients which made for a wonderful Fruit Punch to serve at those backyard get togethers. May do a little of that tweaking for special occasions! Thank you Cathy and be sure to thank Rose for sharing the recipe for this delightfully refreshing Punch with five star taste!
