A fabulous bread recipe which I made for the Aussie / Kiwi Swap December 2011. I made it with cranberries which was a bit of a novelty and served warm with a little margarine. I think it wold be more versatile if made with sun-dried tomatoes as it could than be served with meats, cheese / salad. I would probably reduce the sugar if making the savoury version to 2 tsps.
