I too marinated my chicken in the marinade overnight and the flavor was delicious! I will try it on pork tenderloin next time and see how we like it. Thank you!
I used this last night when making chicken...I omitted the thyme and used doubled the rosemary...I also used a little extra lemon juice and no water. Next time I will marinade overnight! Thanks for the great recipe!
Excellent lower fat marinade! I made this with fresh herbs from the garden and used it for loin pork chops! The flavours were great with this type of meat. I changed nothing, but as I was cooking for 6 people, I doubled up on the quantities. Thanks Toni - made for Photo Tag! FT:-)
I actually used this recipe to marinate thin, boneless pork chops. I also used fresh thyme and rosemary, (I doubled the portions). The flavour was superb! I would definitely recommend overnight marinating, though! Thanks!
This marinade is so good! I used it on skinless chicken breast fillets and marinated for about 3 hours for a very succulent and flavorful grilled chicken. I will remember this recipe, for sure! Thanks so much for sharing your recipes with us, toni gifford!
If there are three flavors that are favorites of mine, they're (1) thyme, (2) garlic and (3) the combination of rosemary and lemon. These all blend together exquisitely here, making this one of the best marinades ever (I used it with chicken). I also love that it's virtually no sodium. A winner!
A delicious marinade, a great blend of flavours and it's so easy to prepare. I marinated chicken breasts overnight, then grilled them. They were wonderfully moist and just SO flavoursome. I opted for using more lemon juice (since I love citrus flavours) rather than water. Thanks for sharing this recipe, toni. I shall be using it often.
OH YUM!!! This was a wonderful marinade!! I made this with chicken tonight and it was wonderful!!! Thanks for posting!!!!!
