Interesting and tart cup of tea! Since I like my teas strong, I let the rosemary sprig steep in the water for about 10 minutes and sweetened with some honey. It helped clear out my sinuses, which is a must when my allergies start going nuts during season changes. I'd definitely make a pot of this with a few sprigs, I found that I could reuse the same sprig to make another cup so this is also economical. Thanks for sharing!
