Interesting and tart cup of tea! Since I like my teas strong, I let the rosemary sprig steep in the water for about 10 minutes and sweetened with some honey. It helped clear out my sinuses, which is a must when my allergies start going nuts during season changes. I'd definitely make a pot of this with a few sprigs, I found that I could reuse the same sprig to make another cup so this is also economical. Thanks for sharing! Made as a recipenap for Veggie Swap 22.
This makes a pale tea that smells wonderful. Makes a nice relaxing beverage which can also pair with foods such as Recipe #385089. Made using fresh rosemary, 4 minutes steep time and just a very small bit of honey for some background flavor. Thanks for the post.
This is good. A nice subtle taste which I had with creamed honey to complement the flavour. If it is those health benefits that is why I would drink it.
