Give your steamed veggies a little oomph.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary, leaves only
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- 1 tablespoon white wine or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili pepper
- 1⁄4 lb unsalted butter, softened
- salt and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Melt to serve.
This adds just the right amount of light flavours to steamed vegetables. Easy to make as well!
