I used Royal Blue potatoes which crisped up beautifully but unfortunately the taste of the fresh rosemary did not come through and I used far more than the teaspoon but the potatoes still lovely and crispy and we enjoyed, thank you Potato Loving Sisters, made for PAC.

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Drain Well.
  2. Spread potatoes in shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste, pepper and rosemary, tossing gently. Roast 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
