We liked these potatoes, but they definately required a little extra doctoring. Here's what I did...I added 1 Tablespoon+ of butter, salt & pepper to our taste preferences, and 2 or 3 cloves of minced garlic for added flavor. I really liked the preparation suggestion for par-boiling the potatoes, but found that 5 minutes in the microwave was not enough. I microwaved these, covered, with approximately 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes. This made the potatoes still firm, but softened the outer edges. Our family enjoyed the crusty exterior of the potatoes, the soft creamy interior, and the heavenly aroma of the rosemary roasting.
