Great recipe! I let the chops marinate for about 4 hours, but I think they would be best marinated at least 8 to 24 hours. I could taste some flavor from the marinade, but not much. I was a tad shocked because the marinade smelled wonderful. We'll make these again, but let them marinate them longer and perhaps poke some holes in the meat to let the marinade soak in. Update 11-14-09: I updated my review to 5 stars. Poking a few holes in the chops and letting these marinate overnight made all the difference. My kids requested these two weeks in a row!
Yum! I didn't have time to marinate the chops for the whole time - I think it was only about an hour and a half, but they turned out to be very tasty. I'll try to time it next time for more marinating time but these were good anyway!

These chops were quite tasty. Mine marinated for about 5 hours and the flavor was great. I used butterfly chops, so therefore, reduced the grill time significantly.
These pork chops were wonderful! I used fresh rosemary straight from the garden and two 3/4 lb butterflied pork chops. I prepared the marinade last night and allowed the pork chops to marinate for 24 hours. My husband cooked them on the grill. We were really impressed with the tenderness of the meat and the great flavor. We'll definitely be making these again.
