  3. Delicious, perfectly breaded pork chops! I made this years ago from Quick Cooking, then found it again online. I made it with a tossed green salad and roasted red potatoes. My kids (even the one I married!) loved it. I can't wait to try the breading on chicken too! Mixing the flour and bread crumbs really does lead to the perfect crunchy breading that sticks to the pork chops perfectly! Thanks for posting!

  4. WOW! What a fab recipe! I used fresh rosemary from my garden, and exchanged garlic powder for the onion powder, but it was still great! Even my fussy son said "This is really good mom", and that is a rarity with anything "new". Thanks for posting and sharing! One hint to others, the seperate baggie idea will keep the mess down. I tried using one big one and redipping but made a huge mess, next time I will do it as instructed! I cooked it in the oven to cut on calories and it was so juicy! This is a keeper for sure!

  5. I used 3 chops for this recipe so cut down the amounts of flour (just a little) and used approx 1 cup breadcrumbs. I didnt seperate in to 3 different containers..just used one plastic bag and crumbed the chops one at a time adding a little more crumb mixture for each chop. The paprika gives the chops a lovely colour and the rosemary a wonderful taste. My chops were quite thick so I cooked for approx 40 minutes. Very tasty. :)
