The recipe was reduced by half and produced a beautiful, well rounded loaf of bread. It was baked on a baking stone. The bread was nice and chewy. Something I will be making again. Made for *1-2-3 Hit Wonders*

Fabulous bread. I added sundried tomato paste and chunks of green olives. I worried about getting too crazy with the add-ins, but it turned out delicious. One note- the author says to add all ingredients to the Kitchen Aid mixer- dont add the last three, they are for on the top just before baking.
