The aroma while this was steeping was heavenly. Such an unusual mix of flavors that works so well together. A great tea for early morning or even mid day pick me up. Thanks for the post.

I love herbal infusions, this was no exception. I always drink herbal tea in the morning and take some in my commuter mug, so it was easy to prepare and enjoy this! I didn't add the honey, which would change the taste, but I enjoy the flavours of the herbs, the fusion of cloves and orange and the underlying rosemary. Rosemary is excellent for your hair as well, this might also be a great hair rinse! (Without the honey!) Liked this, thank you, Sonya!

An acquired taste for some, but I actually love the combination of rosemary and orange in a tea or is popular in France! The cloves gave it an interesting layer of spiciness, but for summer I might omit the cloves - it always seems so "wintery" or "Christmassy"!! I loved the honey with the orange and rosemary flavours and I imagine this would be fabulous served as an iced drink in the summer. Made for Please make my Recipe in the Aussie/NZ forum and The Magic of Herbs in the Photo's Forum, thanks Sonya! FT:-) (PS: I made half the posted quantities and served it in a heat resistant glass.)
