Rosemary Mustard Grilled Corn

I found this recipe in a magazine. We are always looking for a great grilled corn recipe that's different. Great for summer BBQs!


  1. Pull back husks and remove silk.
  2. Mix all ingredients and brush husks with mixture.
  3. Wrap husks back up and tie with string.
  4. Grill about 15 minutes and turn every few minutes.

I doubled the ingredients for 8 ears and glad I did. I couldn't get it to mix well with a whisk so I used my immersion blender. Other than that this is great and we plan on having this a few more times before the snow flies. Made for PAC, Fall '09.
