I found this recipe in a magazine. We are always looking for a great grilled corn recipe that's different. Great for summer BBQs!
- Pull back husks and remove silk.
- Mix all ingredients and brush husks with mixture.
- Wrap husks back up and tie with string.
- Grill about 15 minutes and turn every few minutes.
I doubled the ingredients for 8 ears and glad I did. I couldn't get it to mix well with a whisk so I used my immersion blender. Other than that this is great and we plan on having this a few more times before the snow flies. Made for PAC, Fall '09.
