- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 29.58 ml balsamic vinegar
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 14.79-29.58 ml rosemary, chopped
- 14.79 ml honey
- 4.92 ml pepper
- 2 (2721.55-3628.73 g) pork tenderloin, well trimmed
directions
- Combine all ingredients except pork in a 12X8X2 inch dish; stir well.
- Add tenderloins and turn to coat in marinade.
- Cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours or longer.
- Grill tenderloin over hot coals for 20 minutes or until done.
