Rosemary-Garlic Sauce

Good sauce to use over lamb or pork loin.

  1. Chop garlic.
  2. Take pan used to cook lamb or pork roast (not much juice please or reduce the stock to measure the 1/2 cup) Add garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and stock to skillet and deglaze over high heat, stirring and scraping up brown bits, 1 minute.
  3. Whisk in butter.
  4. Pour sauce over pork or lamb.

This is a great sauce! We have used it over pork loin and chicken breasts as well. It makes for a very quick but elegant dinner.
