Great recipe, lovely flavours & easy to follow. The family loved it they didn't even let it cool down a little ate in straight out the oven! Thanks!
I made a half-recipe, and baked it in a quarter-sheet pan. Delicious! I mixed the minced garlic into the dough. I mixed the rosemary with a little oil, and scattered it over the dough after dimpling it, also sprinkled it with grated parmesan. The top browned nicely, but I had to flip it over and broil the bottom to get it brown and crispy. It was done in about 20 minutes. Tasted great with our spaghetti dinner! Will definitely make this again.
I finally made this - much better than any we have purchased and was fairly easy to make. Thanks for the great recipe.
This was yummy and very easy. Took longer than I expected, though - a little over 3 hours start to finish. Made for Fall Bake Along Challenge #1 2013.
This is a wonderful Focaccia recipe! Easy and delicious! A favorite at home and at parties!
AMAZING! Delicious, soft and chewy on the inside. I used 4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon sea salt (though I think 1.5 would have been perfect), only drizzled 4 teaspoons oil onto the loaf (2T really would have been too much), and baked in a 9x13. The loaf was perfect! Fantastic recipe, a definite keeper and crowd pleaser.
This recipe was amazing! After a depressing streak of bread failures, I didn't trust the dough when it mixed up smooth and elastic right from the start! I made the dough with my Kitchenaid (using the dough hook), and then let the dough rise per the instructions. I actually rolled the dough flat and cooked it on a pizza stone with fresh mozzarella, basil and plum tomatoes on top. This would make a perfect pizza crust.
Prep was really simple and easy to follow. Made the dough in our KitchenAid. Mine turned out more like a loaf than some of the other pictures but the flavor was still wonderful. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe. ~Buddha
This is delicious. I made the dough in my bread machine and that worked like a charm. Made for ZWT4's trip to Italy!
This was excellent! I had focaccia at a restaurant a few weeks ago, and wanted to try making it. The was so much better than what i bought! I will never buy it again! I just made a half batch and put it in a circle cake pan. I also used an mixture of italian herbs, instead of just rosemary. It turned out golden with a perfect fluffy center. Thank you!
