This has a very strong flavor, so I recommend using sparingly. Great with Garlic and Red Potatoes En Papillote or on mashed potatoes.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix well.
This of course is a must for the Garlic and Red Potatoes En Papillote #254091! I would even consider using this on some lamb or other meat. This has a wondeful flavor. Made for Spring PAC 09.
