Rosemary French Fries

"My mom used to make these, she called them "Grunta Fries". They are like a gormet spin on traditional steak fries. A big hit with adults and kids! I like to serve them with a blue cheese dip or plain old ketchup."

  1. These are a favourite of my brother's. He enjoys these at home whenever I make them. I do fry the potatoes first and then roll them in a plate containing the rosemary herb. I apply salt to the potatoes after cutting them in cubes and putting them in a bowl of water{I leave them like that for 20 minutes usually}. These are a favourite of many adults I've served them to too:-)!

Im a mother of 2 kids, I love cooking! My father was a chef and taught me most of what I know about cooking. My boyfriend is also a chef who went to cooking school in the Bahamas so we like to use Caribbean flavors in our meals. We live in Hawaii which is definately a melting pot for all kinds of foods, my cooking is usually a blend of Pacific flavors, Caribbean heat and southern down home goodness!
