  • Heat a small frying pan to meduim high and boil water in a small pot.
  • Once the water is boiling add green beans and cook for 10 min.
  • rub the rosemary into the chicken breast.
  • add olive oil and garlic to pan.
  • Add the chicken brest.
  • Sear chicken on both sides.
  • Lower the frying pan heat to meduim low.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on each side
  • Strain the green beans and plate.
  • Add the chicken on top of the green beans.
  • Drizzle the left over olive oil on the plate.
