I used this spice combination as the foundation for a marinade for steak and vidalia onions. Took half a batch of the rosemary blend added 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1 clove garlic smashed, 1 tablespoon each Dijon mustard and olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Just scrumptious. Made mewish we had some potatoes to throw on the grill. This would also go nicely on zucchini or chicken.
