    Alex Daniels's Note:

Delicious, flavourfull runny icing for drizzling, glazing or thin icing. It comes out a dark pink and has a citrusy-apple taste.

I made this for PAC Fall 2007 and rated this according to the 'Zaar rating guidelines. I chose this recipe because it sounded different and interesting, albeit very simple. Unfortunately I had no idea what I was going to glaze with it. Tasting it on its own, it did have a citrusy-apple taste, so I decided to use it as a glaze on some apple cookies I had made. It was a pretty good combination, but I'm still on the look-out for something else to pair this glaze with.
