ingredients

• 3 pints heavy cream
• 1 cup crushed rose petal
• 1 tea spoon rose flower water
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tablespoon pink food coloring
• 1 tablespoon rose petal jam

directions

1. heat heavy cream add rose water. and jam.
2. remove from heat add rose petals .
3. blend with electric mixer and place mixture in ice cream maker.
4. serve when firm.
