    Rosa Mexicano in NYC is a wonderful restaurant. Their guacamole is simply the best I've ever had.

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 59.14 ml finely chopped white onion
    • 14.79 ml finely chopped cilantro
    • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
    • 1 medium avocado, - hass
    • 1 small tomato, chopped
    • salt

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Combine half the jalapeno, half the cilantro and half the onions in a food processor. Add about 1/2 tsp salt and pulse into a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.

      Add avocado to onion mixture and combine while smushing the avocado.
    3. 3
      Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste.
    4. 4
      Let sit for a little while to let the flavors develop.

      I got so excited to see this here! It is wonderful and can also be made in a lava molejeto bowl. I hope to get one of those to make this delicious recipe. Thanks for posting!
