this was an easy awesome recipe!! My husband went back for seconds. I used vodka sauce and a whole box of Barilla pasta.

Very good pasta dish. I made half a recipe using my own pasta sauce and added a few meatballs.<br/>I needed to cook longer than stated, it was still cool inside not hot. Should have put our plates in the microwave to finish heating.

This was very good! I, too, made it meatless and added a cup of mushroom slices and a cup of chopped spinach in lieu of the meat. I also used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. What sets this apart from other baked pastas is the layering of the cheese and noodles; it is a really nice touch. I did use 7 ounces of pasta as I was worried about this being enough for my hungry crew, but I think we would have been fine with 4. Thanks for posting! Made for Best of 2010 tag.

I really like this recipe but I made a few changes to suit me. I use ground turkey instead of beef because I think the turkey has more flavor and isn't gristley like beef. Also I use 4 cups (1 and 1/2 jars) of sauce and 3 cups cheese. Everyone that eats it raves about it :)

Quick and Easy for dinner. That is great for our family. I substituted cottage cheese for ricotta, personal choice. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

This is my favorite baked ziti recipes. I made mine with ground beef and substituted the ricotta cheese for low fat cottage cheese. It makes the recipe a little healthier and believe me your family will not taste the difference.
