Ron's Crock Pot Steak and Gravy

"Tender, long-cooked round steak, with a delicious slow cooked gravy. Try it."

• Ingredients: 10
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 2 lbs round steaks
• salt and pepper
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 (16 ounce) can French style green beans
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 ounce French onion soup mix
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
• 1⁄2 cup water or 1/2 cup beef broth

directions

1. Slice Round Steak into strips, trim fat, and place into crock pot.
2. Sprinkle with flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Salt and pepper to taste, and.
4. Add all remaining ingredients in the order indicated to crock pot.
5. Cook on medium heat for 8 - 10 hours.
6. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

This is very tasty. The only thing different I would do is use less of the french onion soup mix, it was kind of strong tasting.

Kind of like a chipped beef type thing. The sauce was very nice. It was quite good over mashed potatoes.
